The client

In 1992, the production of popcorn started in Oud-Beijerland under the name JIMMY’s. The goal was to produce a quality brand of popcorn, especially for movie lovers.

Investments were made in the market, in the machines and in the product innovation. In 1992, the product range consisted only of sweet or salty popcorn; today the choice is many times greater with flavors such as Tabasco, Chocolate, and Cheese. In 2006, the All Natural Popcorn was introduced: rich in healthy dietary fiber and completely allergen-free.

The goal

JIMMYs has had a Magento webshop on popcorn.nl for some time. Their wish was an installation and configuration of MCONNECT: the integeration we developed between Magento and ERP system Dynamics NAV.

A successful partnership led us to build a new website for JIMMYs, with an improved structure and more modern design, with the aim of increasing traffic, conversion, and improved customer experience.

The result

After a successful integration with MCONNECT, we continued to work as partners on a new webshop and the overall development of JIMMY’s Popcorn as a company. The accessible, structured webshop stimulates sales and offers opportunities for expansion.
We also worked on increasing JIMMY’s share of the consumer market through sales, promotions and other marketing campaigns.
