The issue<\/strong><\/h1>

The online platform where J\u00e9h Jewels<\/a> made use of, was built in 2016 based on a third-party theme. The problem with using such themes is that it is difficult to keep them up-to-date over time. Maintenance was taking more and more time as updates were \u2018falling over\u2019 in the theme. Moreover, the design felt dated and was no longer supported by the vendor.<\/span><\/p>

J\u00e9h Jewels was in need of a \u2018breath of fresh air\u2019: a platform<\/a> where speed, a modern look in its own house style and optimal ordering convenience were key. This resulted in a process in which we tackled three key issues:<\/span><\/p>
