The challenge

Dreambeads Online worked for years with a Magento webshop whose template dated back to 2019. Over the years, more and more extensions and links had been added to meet growing needs, eventually creating an environment that had become heavy and low-maintenance. This translated into concrete problems: slow load times, substandard Core Web Vitals scores, and a visual design that no longer matched today's brand identity and e-commerce standards.

There was also a second challenge: managing a webshop that no longer fully met the company's mission: making it easy and affordable for every jewellery maker to find the right materials. An outdated technical base worked against that mission.

The solution

For Dreambeads Online, Ecomwise realised a completely renewed Magento webshop based on the Hyvätemplate. In parallel, we carried out a thorough clean-up: obsolete and unused extensions were removed, the codebase was cleaned up, and all unnecessary links were reviewed. This created a modern platform with a fast and user-friendly experience for jewellery makers around the world.

The result

The new platform provides the digital foundation for sustainable growth. Core Web Vitals and Google Page Speed scores have been significantly improved, which has an immediate positive impact on visibility in search results. Processes that previously required manual adjustments, such as performance monitoring, are now automated and more manageable.
