The solution

For Benel, Ecomwise realised a Magento webshop based on the Hyvä template and Hyvä Checkout. This created a modern platform with a fast and user-friendly experience for both consumers and business customers.

• Consumers can order directly and collect their order from a local specialist retailer via a comprehensive dealer locator.
• Business customers log into their own environment, where they can view customer-specific prices, stock statuses and order details directly from Snelstart.
• Functionalities such as quick ordering, order lists and a sales agent module make the ordering process more efficient and customer-oriented.

To improve product information management, we implemented Akeneo PIM. This allows Benel to centrally manage product data and automatically synchronise it with Magento and Snelstart.

The result

The new platform provides the digital basis for further international growth. Processes that were previously manual, such as price updates and order processing, are now largely automated.

For business customers, the webshop offers a fully-fledged self-service environment with real-time insight into prices, stock and orders. In addition, dealers can generate product feeds and import them into their own systems, so they always have up-to-date product data.

With this scalable and future-oriented e-commerce environment, Benel has laid a solid foundation for further digitalisation and growth within the European market.
